Alfredo Testa was born in Naples, Italy, on March 10, 1950. He received the degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Naples, in 1975. He is a Professor in Electrical Power Systems at the Second University of Naples, Aversa, Italy. He is engaged in researches on electrical power systems, mainly concerning Reliability and Power Quality Dr. Testa is a of AEIT (the Italian Institute of Electrical Engineers)and Fellow Member IEEE Power Engineering Society.
